Anyone have any good methods/methodology for automating test's against Source and ODS ... then ODS to DM's?
I would like something that is smart enough to understand the metadata of what was defined to be pulled via ETL from Source to ODS and thus if it's a numeric it sums up the values that are in the load window in both SRC & ODS .. then is smart enough to do the same in ODS to DM's.
It would be great if you have a well structured model for the source to be able to say "FOO" in a column name means this is a dollar value so sum these for this load window.
Anyone got this working or similar ideas?
